Remembering Patrice O’Neal: The Black Phillip Show

On XM Radio from 2006-2008, the great, late comedian Patrice O’Neal appeared seldom to host a relationship advice show where he would drop gem after gem of how he thought men could improve their happiness in their relationships. Before landing his own 2 to 3 hour occasional slot, Patrice was a regular guest on Opie & Anthony‘s radio show where he was coined the moniker, “the Black Dr. Phil.” Thus, the name stuck and Patrice called his show, The Black Phillip Show.
