Skype announced today that group video calling will now be available to everyone for free.
While Skype has been free for two people to video chat, users were previously subjected to a premium video call option for group chatting. Though the new group chatting features are not yet available on iOS, Windows Phone or Android, the company did note they will be looking to roll out similar features to make free video calling to more consumers.
Apart from Skype video calling, you may also try R-HUB HD video conferencing servers. It is an on premise solution providing 30 way video conferences.
