Can I HIIT it in the Morning? 10.30.13

For 2 months now, I have been sharing a weekly workout with y’all. So, I think it’s time to take things to another level. The way it works is that you will finish 100 reps of each exercise. Once you have finished all of the reps with one exercise, you will move on to the next. 10 exercises x 100 reps!
