Alright y’all, this may be the toughest #WorkoutOfTheWeek yet. Every time you complete a round of the circuit, start the circuit over, adding one rep more than the round prior (Example: 1 Push-up, 1 Pull-up, 1 Jump Squat, 2 Push-ups, 2 Pull-ups, 2 Jump Squats…)
