Bikers chase an SUV for four miles down the West Side Highway (NY) after an alleged fender bender, turning into a hit-and-run. One motorcyclist was hospitalized after the driver of the SUV ran him over after attempting to flee. Police say up to 30 bikers were involved in the chase. No arrests have been made.
